Product operation support assistant (up to project manager)


Scope of work:

    • Support clients from leading brands (Samsung, Pepsi, Nestle...) as well as brand analysis & marketing research team of Social Listening Platform
    • Track daily data collection
    • Participate in meeting with product development team to handle client enquiries
    • Manage support group (3 members)
    • Undertake enquiries and periodic reports to Project Manager


    • Good interpersonal, organizational and self-management skills
    • Flexible in seeking satisfactory solutions to client enquiries
    • IT background
    • Knowledge of PHP, HTML, JavaScript,…
    • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing is a plus
    • Knowledge of project management is a plus
    • Ability to manage teams
